Bird Watching at Ash Creek

We are hosting a bird walk at Ash Creek with Adé Ben-Salahuddin. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars as we lead discussion while you view the abundant birds (osprey, shorebirds and ducks) of the area. Learn about the different species as well as the conservation of this natural salt marsh - an important stopover area along the Atlantic Flyway for migrating shorebirds.

Fall Native Plant Sale Pickup

This event is a pick up for pre-ordered plants at scheduled time intervals. Please email Shaina Meyer with any questions. Remember to come in a car that will fit the plants you ordered and have a tarp to put under the plants. Also, please be respectful of our preserve neighbors and drive slowly and carefully along Green Acre Lane. Thank you!

Volunteer to help us HERE!

For pickup: Follow the signs directing you down Green Acre Ln. You will pass the EXIT and continue to the second gate into the preserve. This will be marked ENTRANCE and you will loop through the preserve to drive-in pickup. Someone will direct you to pull up into 1 of 3 spots. We’ll get your name and bring your order to your car.

Please join ALT and volunteer to help remove invasives on our preserves and learn to remove them from your own property.

There will be an invasive work session on the afternoon of Sunday, Sept 8th (1:00-3:00pm) weather permitting. We'll meet at the Wells Hill Rd parking lot of TBV/Crow Hill Preserve. You should dress for the task at hand including gloves, sturdy footwear, and long sleeves & pants. Bring pruners, loppers, pruning saws, and herbicide applicators if you have been issued one. We will have some additional herbicide applicators available for those who need them.
